Travel With Confidence and a Clearer Plan
Family visits, holidays and important occasions all benefit from careful preparation.
We help individuals and families organise the practical information, documents and official checks relevant to an international visit.
Build your trip around a clear purpose and credible evidence.
Purpose & Dates
Be clear about why you are travelling, intended dates and how the trip fits your circumstances.
Stay & Itinerary
Plan accommodation, destinations, hosts or activities in a way that matches the purpose of the visit.
Trip Funding
Understand how travel, accommodation and daily expenses will be covered.
Supporting Documents
Prepare the documents required by the destination and your specific visitor route.
The UK Standard Visitor route is for temporary visits and permitted activities.
GOV.UK explains that Standard Visitors can generally visit for up to six months for purposes such as tourism, seeing family or friends, certain business activities and some short study. Depending on nationality, a visitor may need a visa, an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA), or may be able to travel without either.
Standard Visitor status does not normally allow ordinary paid or unpaid work for a UK company. Always check the permitted activities for your exact purpose.

When several people travel together, each traveller still needs the correct documentation.
Family travel can involve passports, consent for children where applicable, accommodation details, funding arrangements and evidence that reflects the purpose of the trip. Requirements can differ by nationality and destination.
Prepare each traveller’s documentation deliberately rather than assuming one family member’s documents cover everyone.
